At Chai Mine, we operate as a dine‑in restaurant offering a seamless, tech‑driven experience through QR‑based ordering and advance reservations. This policy outlines how we handle service delivery, order fulfillment, and guest expectations at our physical location.
1. QR-Based Ordering (Dine-In Only)
- Contactless ordering via QR code on each table.
- Choose Table Delivery or Self Pickup when prompted.
- No home delivery or takeaway through online channels.
2. Reservations
- Make reservations online through our booking page.
- We hold tables up to 15 minutes past reserved time.
- Reserving cabins is optional. If a cabin is already booked by another guest, you must vacate the cabin when asked; a short buffer time will be provided for clearance.
- For cash or UPI bookings, payment must be completed in person at our location - onsite payments only.
3. No Shipping / Delivery Services
We do not provide shipping, courier, or home delivery services. All orders are fulfilled on-premises only.
4. Re-Scheduling
Rescheduling is allowed up to 1 hour prior to the slot, subject to availability.
